The Move is Coming!!!

We have 7 more days before we are moving from Provo for a very long time. As I pause to reflect, it has been a great 5 + years here in Provo. Scott and I have made so many lasting friendships and we are very sad to leave them all, but we do hope that we will be able to keep in touch with them throughout the years and maybe even have a visit with them here and there. We are excited to move on with our lives in Charleston, SC and we know that a lot of new experiences waiting for us there - the Lord will always be there for us and help provide us with guidance and we can't wait to see what he has in store for us.

We haven't been doing much since we got back from Uncle Dale's. We went to a great ward BBQ, enjoyed some time with family at another BBQ on Memorial Day, and keep working on things that we need to get done before moving. Just yesterday, we got to visit with Scott's sister Lindsay and her husband before they left of Oklahoma. We love being with family and friends. We are very excited for this weekend especially because my ice rink friends Alicia Ballard and Alise Anderson are organizing a good-bye pool party for us and then on Saturday we get to go to a PAC tour history party and see most of our folk dance friends. It's going to be a crazy week, but it'll be a good one for sure.

Lily is continually getting bigger and we believe she is teething because she's been fussy a lot more than usual, she drools a ton, and loves to bite and chew on things. Just recently we found out she loves eating butternut squash and of coarse her rice cereal. She knows how to roll over front to back and then back to front and also how to pivot herself around on her tummy. Lily is such a joy. One more thing we learned is that she loves pulling her silky blanket over her head and then she usually falls asleep . . .she is simply hilarious sometimes (I'll post those pictures later because blogger won't let me do it right now). We love being parents and will continue to have so much joy and we watch her grow.

Well, I guess this post isn't as exciting, but we'll keep you updated and new events come up this week.
