February and March have been very busy months, mostly doing a lot of prepping for Isaac to make his arrival.
Here are our awesome heart cookies from Grandma for Valentine's Day, she even included baby brothers (now Isaac :-) ).
Scott helping the girls build a large tower of blocks.
Celebrating Valentine's Day as a family. Maggie made each of us a heart headband.
We also started the prep-work for our garden. We have had some very beautiful days between the rainy ones.
Here is Scott submitting his final MBA assignment . . .
Submit!
He's officially done with his MBA!!! Yay!!! Way to go babe!! It's been a long haul, but we did it!
Painting fun!
Just before Isaac was born, I was able to celebrate my birthday. I decided to celebrate with doughnuts this year :-)
Here's the BIG day!! We finally get to meet our new son, Isaac!! The surgery went really well and recovery hasn't been too bad and Isaac came out healthy and perfect. I have had some great help in my sister Cara and my husband Scott making sure I just sit and not do "my usual" routine and overwork myself.
I was SO thankful to have this wonderful lady with me during the weekend. My sister Cara is amazing!!
Isaac getting his footprints done.
All clean!
Finally, everyone could come and meet Isaac. Here's Lily with him.
Maggie was so excited to have a brother!!
Esther enjoys this new little buddy too!
Grandma and Grandpa meeting their 14th grandchild :-)
With bringing Isaac home, we had to make a difficult decision to have Zoey find a new home. It had nothing to do with Isaac, she did very well with him. We just realized that she needed a home that could give her more attention with older children. It has been a very difficult transition for Lily especially, but we found a wonderful family for Zoey and they even offered to have Lily visit Zoey whenever she wants.
And finally, Isaac getting his first bath at home :-)
We are so thankful for all the new changes and the new experiences we get to enjoy and the many, many blessings and miracles we have seen. Our Heavenly Father has definitely been watching over our little family and we are grateful to Him. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter this weekend and remember our Savior, Jesus Christ and his Atonement and Resurrection that made all things possible.
