In April, we had lots of fun activities . . .
Grammie and Poppa came and visited during General Conference weekend.
Esther, like my other 2 girls, enjoyed using a diaper for a hat.
We went to the zoo during Lily's Spring break.
Scott and I went on a date to a basketball game.
Also, during Spring break, we visited Great-Grandma/pa M and Uncle Mark/Aunt Stacy.
The girls playing around as usual :-)
We went to our friends the Nobles for an Easter egg hunt . . . it was tons of fun, even Esther had a friend to play with.
Easter morning!!!
MAY
Esther working on her tummy time and rolling . . .
. . . while Maggie reads :-) She is able to read small words like CAT, DOG, and MOM already!
We finally pulled out the exersaucer for Esther and she LOVES it!
And she ate her first solids . . . rice cereal!! She also had her 6 month appointment, and she's no preemie anymore at 15 lbs 10 oz!!!
When Maggie wants something done, she gets it done . . . here she is showing her skills at getting the remote down from the very top of the TV!!
The days have been so beautiful out that we have gone quite often to the lake and enjoyed hot dog roasts, kayaking and fishing.
Maggie loves to hold Esther!
Peas!!
Maggie enjoys eating Esther's leftovers :-)
Lily had a piano recital and did so great!! It's amazing how much she learned in such a short time.
Here is Lily with her piano teacher.
Just Maggie and Esther hanging out together.
Esther loves playing with boxes (sorry about the sideways view!).
One morning Maggie came downstairs looking just like the puppy dog she's holding, it was so adorable. Even with the road rash she received from riding her bike.
On Memorial Day, we went with Scott's parents to hike Beacon Rock and then had a yummy picnic.
The view was breathtaking!
Watermelon smile!
Fun, large trees to climb onto.
Esther and Grandma :-)
This is what Maggie likes to do while I fold laundry :-)
June
Esther learning how to use a sippy cup. She loves eating butternut squash, peas, sweet potato, peaches, applesauce, and bananas.
Lately, Maggie lives in dress up dresses and it's fun to see her play around in them.
Happy girl!
Just this last Saturday, while daddy was a drill duty, we went to the Strawberry Festival parade with Grandma and Grandpa S. Then we went to Uncle Mark and Aunt Stacy's for some yummy food!!
Well, have a wonderful week!! We'll catch up again soon!
